Add experimental support for a hypothetical "binary blob" type -- a custom type, associated with the xsd:base64Binary URI, intended to hold an arbitrary blob of binary data. The blob is serialized as a Base64-encoded string, and deserialized as an array of bytes (`byte[]`). It's easy to declare such a custom type in any LinkML schema that needs it, but we should consider adding it directly to `linkml:types` instead (or maybe to `linkml:extended_types`).
